Important Event Information
- Whether it be by car, public transport, taxi or rideshare, there are several options for your journey.
- Public parking is sold out at the Eastern Plaza Car Park via Entrance D (Olympic Boulevard). Pre-bookings only, no drive-up spaces. Other parking options can be found here.
- Note: Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek at (03) 9286 1208.
- Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to and from an event, however, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
- Note: Buses replace trains on sections of the Hurstbridge, Cranbourne, Pakenham, Frankston, and Sunbury lines at various times during this period.
- This event may contain sequences of flashing lights, laser, strobe, haze and pyrotechnics which may affect guests who are susceptible to photo sensitivities and medical conditions.
- Bags that are too large to fit under a seat are not permitted. Limit of one bag per person.
- Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gate 4). Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
- Tickets should be added to your Apple or Google Wallet for smoother entry.
- Note: Babies and toddlers aged 12 months and under are permitted ‘free on the knee’ – no ticket required.
- All retail outlets are cashless. Any transaction must be made using a credit or debit card.
