Conditions of Entry
Entertainment Lounges open from the time main venue doors open, and close at the start of the main act.
- Each Primary and Additional Card Member may invite up to 3 guests into the lounge (Centurion and Platinum Charge Card Members may invite up to 5 guests).
- Entry is subject to capacity and granted on a first come first served basis. Wait times may apply.
- American Express has a no tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venues or sponsored events (Locations). This includes (but is not limited to) any level of abusive, aggressive or offensive behaviour toward any American Express or partner employee, or any other guests. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol at its Locations.
