FAQs

Keith Urban

Keith Urban is an artist sui generis in country music: a native of Australia who headed to Nashville to break into the business and managed to work his way to the top of the country charts, then maintained a long, successful career.

There are some common denominators in his deep catalogue: he’s a killer guitar player who never misses a chance to shred, but it’s always in service of his songs, which display his ear for melodic hooks and an openhearted sensitivity.

He sharpened his execution throughout his career, developing a distinctive ballad style — some of his biggest hits were slow-burners, including “You’ll Think of Me” and “Blue Ain’t Your Color” — which he accentuated with his adept integration of contemporary pop, including collaborations with Pink and Nile Rodgers.

SUPPORT

Chase Matthews

Country singer/songwriter Chase Matthew made a rapid ascent in 2021 thanks to the viral success of his debut single, “County Line,” from the EP of the same name.

The first signee to Ryan Upchurch’s Holler Boy Records imprint, Matthew capitalized on his success with the 2022 full-length Born for This.

He made his major-label debut a year later with the double album Come Get Your Memory on Warner Bros, followed in early 2024 by the EP, We All Grow Up.

FAQs

Gracie Abrams

Singer/songwriter Gracie Abrams specializes in a stylized, moody modern pop with a subtly shifting sound partially indebted to Lorde. Abrams cultivated an online following through a steady series of single releases appearing toward the end of the 2010s, experiencing a breakthrough in 2020 with the singles “21” and “I Miss You, I’m Sorry” from her EP Minor.

Abrams’ debut album, the Aaron Dessner co-penned Good Riddance, arrived in early 2023, and she was later nominated for a Best New Artist Grammy Award. While that album had charted well in the U.K. and Ireland, a year later, she landed in the Top Two in the U.S. (number two), U.K. (number one), and Australia (number one) with her sophomore album, The Secret of Us. Again co-written with Dessner, it featured a collaboration with Taylor Swift (“us.”).
