• This is a phone-free event. On arrival, phones, smartwatches and accessories will be secured in Yondr pouches, which remain in your possession and are unlocked at the end of the event. Devices may only be used in designated Phone Use Areas and must be re-secured before re-entering the performance space. Anyone found using a device during the performance will be removed from the venue. No refunds will be issued if entry is refused or if you are removed under these Event Terms.
  • Tickets: As phones will be secured, please print your PDF ticket(s) from the email used for purchase and bring them with you on event day. All tickets must be printed, as phone tickets cannot be used for entry. Please visit the Box Office (Gate 4) on arrival for any queries.
  • Accessories: The phone-free policy also applies to smart glasses or prescription glasses with recording capability, which are not permitted under any circumstances. Please bring an alternative pair of prescription glasses if needed.
• There are several options for your journey to Rod Laver Arena:
  • Public transport is the quickest and easiest option. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
  • Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking as drive-up spaces are subject to availability. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. 
    • Note: Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Bags must be A4 size or smaller, and larger bags are not permitted.
• Cloaking is available via the Information Desk at Gate 4, or Show Court 3. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking. 
• All retail outlets are cashless. Any transactions must be made using a credit or debit card. As phones will be secured, please bring a physical card for purchases.
