• There are several options for your journey to Rod Laver Arena:
  • Public transport is the quickest and easiest option. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
  • Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking as drive-up spaces are subject to availability. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. 
    • Note: Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• To ensure a smooth entry into the venue, download your tickets to your digital wallet before arriving.
• Bags must be A4 size or smaller, and larger bags are not permitted.
• Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gate 4) or Show Court 3. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
  • Note: Replica weapons, guns or large staffs are not permitted inside the venue. If you arrive with any of these items, they will be cloaked for the duration of the event.
• All retail outlets are cashless. Any transactions must be made using a credit or debit card.
  • Note: Merchandise will be available for purchase on event day from 12:00 pm at Kia Arena, and 4:30 pm via all internal outlets.
• This event will be recorded for broadcast, so please follow these housekeeping rules: feel free to take still pictures without flash, refrain from recording, avoid posting spoilers, and save your excitement for cheers rather than yelling suggestions or game rules during the show.
• If you have purchased a VIP package, the event promoter will be in contact with details regarding your experience.
