Crowded House have added a further show for Melbourne on their Dreamers Are Waiting Australian Tour this November.
The band’s April tour dates played to full houses and widespread critical acclaim, including a star turn at Bluesfest during Easter.
Dreamers Are Waiting is only the band’s third Australian tour of the last 15 years.
Guests should read and understand the venue Conditions of Entry prior to booking tickets and attending the event.
The band is a long-standing and much-loved vehicle for the songwriting talents of Neil Finn.
Formed in Melbourne Australia in 1985 out the ashes of New Zealand’s Split Enz by Neil, Paul Hester and Nick Seymour, their eponymous self-titled debut album on Capitol Records went on to global success with the hits Don’t Dream It’s Over and Something So Strong.
Those songs and many that followed are still resonating with audiences today, the former in particular being one of the most covered songs of the last 20 years.
An artist unafraid to bare her soul and follow her muse anywhere, Cat Power’s Chan Marshall pens emotionally unflinching songs and performs them with strength and vulnerability.
