• There are several options for your journey to Rod Laver Arena:
  • Public transport is the quickest and easiest option. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
  • Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking as drive-up spaces are subject to availability. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. The venue is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk from the car park.
    • Note: Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• To ensure a smooth entry into the venue, download your tickets to your digital wallet before arriving.
• Bags must be A4 size or smaller, and larger bags are not permitted.
• Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gate 4) or Show Court 3. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
  • Note: Laptops and tablets are strictly prohibited at this event. Guests will not be permitted to bring these devices into the venue.
• All retail outlets are cashless. Any transactions must be made using a credit or debit card.
• The venue is equipped with ramps and lifts, and accessible entry options are available at all turnstiles. Accessible seating is accessible via ramps at Doors 1, 2, and 9. If you require assistance accessing your seat, please inform a member of our guest services team.
• Photography, videography or any form of recording is strictly prohibited at this event.
• If you have purchased a VIP package, the event promoter will be in contact with details regarding your experience.
